Tony DeChello

Admitted to both the Connecticut and Federal courts in 1985, Tony DeChello has committed his career to assisting Connecticut residents and businesses with a wide range of legal issues.

Tony has helped countless clients traverse complex legal proceedings in the areas of corporate, commercial and business law, business and estate planning, real estate, personal injury and general and commercial litigation matters.

Tony created the firm in an effort to provide more personalized and attentive legal representation to clients, believing that a small firm atmosphere would allow the independence to work more closely with those he represents in the manner he deems best.

He represents clients involved in a number of legal matters, including:

  • Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Estate Administration
  • Formation, merger, acquisition and dissolution of business entities
  • Preparation of corporate and commercial agreements
  • Purchase, sale and lease of business assets and real estate

  • Foreclosure of both residential and commercial real estate mortgages
  • Acquisitions, leasing, and licensing to businesses
